Divine 18th Century Porcelain Chantilly dinner plates with scalloped edges, lovely blue sprig pattern & creamy white underglaze. Marked on the underside with a blue under the glaze mark, often referred to as hunting horn, and incised script letter as shown. Two sets of five plates available. Sourced via auction by Curio but originally from JM Béalu & Fils, one of the most renowned dealers of antique ceramics located in Paris.

The Chantilly Porcelain Manufactory was established in the Prince de Condé’s château at Chantilly, France and was active from about 1730 to 1805.

Dimensions: 9 1/2” Diameter

Condition: Good, wear consistent with history & use
