Charles X Quadrille Game Box c. 1820's
Stunning quadrille game box from the early 19th century, between 1824-1830, made of Sycamore wood. The entire box is a wonder unto itself, each surface is imprinted with scenes of city scapes, the countryside, & stormy seas. The four interior boxes each contain bovine bone tokens of striking shades of yellow, purple, green, and red.
Condition: Good condition for its age, some wear to the surfaces of the box. Please see photos for details.
